You need to reach us by business close the day before your appointment to make any changes. In some cases, we may be able to rebook the times if you let us know about your conflict promptly; please do not depend on the rebooking option, it is not always possible. If you cancel for ANY reason within 3 hrs of your scheduled time, you should expect to be charged in full regardless of the reason.
This policy applies to both old and new clients. It is in place so that we can pay a livable wage to employees as they are commission based. We love our clients, but we do not renegotiate this policy for any reason.
Last-minute cancellations are always charged and may not be used as a credit. Our services are like going to the theater; the show goes on even if you’re not there.
We do not make money off our cancellation policy by collecting multiple fees; it is there to pay for the time reserved that is now unbooked. We recommend not booking when you may get called to work or directly after flights so that you are not charged for canceling.
Our services are sold in units of time that are specific to your start time. If you are on time, we may be able to accommodate your full appointment length. For shorter appointments, you are still charged the full appointment fee. We cannot go into the next person’s time for any reason; please plan your day carefully.
Service workers are traditionally tipped, employees. Gratuities are appreciated.
Gift Certificates are refundablefor up to 30 days,s provided they are unused. Once given, the gift card belongs to the new owner we cannot take it back. Gift cards have no cash value other than for massage. We cannot issue you money back on your remaining balance. The best thing to do is to use it.
